ECOGEAR’s SHIRASU HEAD FINE is a jig head designed for technical light-game fishing with ultra-small soft lures, pursuing straight tracking and stability during swimming and curved falls. Its low-center-of-gravity head, with a slim, pointed front, helps maintain a stable posture during retrieves and allows you to control the lure while keeping the head properly oriented on the fall. The head features a Press Edge Keeper that securely holds the fine details of ultra-small soft lures without compromising their shape. When rigging the soft lure, it presses down on the body to help prevent slipping and keep it securely in place.

The hook features an extra-sharp point and micro barb developed around the concept of “ultimate hooking,” with specifications designed to maximize hooking performance in light-game fishing. It is intended for use with small soft lures such as the Straw Tail Grub, Straw Tail Grub Slim, and Minnow SS. Available weights are 0.6 g, 0.9 g, 1.4 g, 1.8 g, and 2.3 g, with hook sizes #10F, #8F, #6F, and #4F. The 0.6 g, 0.9 g, and 1.4 g weights are available with #10F, #8F, and #6F hooks, while the 1.8 g and 2.3 g weights are available with #8F, #6F, and #4F hooks, allowing you to choose a setup according to the soft lure size and depth you intend to fish.
