YGK’s BORN RUSH WX8 is an eight-strand PE line designed for use with Tai Rubber and Tai Tenya rigs, balancing the maneuverability of a thin profile with strength. Its uniform braid, with improved precision in the braid pitch, provides consistent strength, while the patented HST.WX construction enhances abrasion resistance and reduces stretch. It is designed for use in deep water and to withstand the friction against the guides that occurs during repeated casting and retrieval.
The color alternates between Uguisu Green and Keshi Ivory every 5 m, with black marks placed at 1 m intervals. This color pattern makes it easy to monitor the amount of line released with a counter-equipped reel and manage the depth of a Tai Rubber rig. With a specific gravity of 0.98, it is available in a 200 m spool and sizes from No. 0.4 to No. 1. Choose the appropriate size according to the water depth, leader, and rig being used, from deep-water Tai Rubber fishing with fine-diameter line to setups prioritizing strength.
