SHIMANO’s Nessa Armajoint 150S Flash Boost is equipped with Armor Boost for long-distance casting of big baits from the surf, combining the swimming action of a jointed bait with excellent casting performance. During the cast, the body folds compactly at the joint, reducing air resistance and stabilizing its flight posture. After landing, the plate connecting the body sections is semi-fixed by built-in magnets, producing the natural, smooth movement unique to a jointed body. The connecting section is designed to allow sand to be easily washed away by the current, making it suitable for use in the surf.
This 150 mm, 35 g sinking lure features a wide wobbling-and-rolling action. It can be used with a steady retrieve, stop-and-go retrieve, or twitches, and can also be worked slowly along the surface around structure or break lines. Inside, Flash Boost uses a spring-suspended reflector to continue attracting fish with flashing reflections even when the lure is paused. It also incorporates Scale Boost, which replicates the scales of a baitfish. The lure is equipped with Petit Lock to reduce hook movement and line tangles, and comes fitted with two #4 hooks. Designed for targeting large surf species such as flounder and flathead fish with a jointed bait, this lure makes the most of its casting distance and action.
