The Tackle House Tai Jig is a specialized metal jig designed exclusively for saltwater fishing, developed specifically for targeting red snapper. Its unique T-shaped cross-section allows it to flutter and roll in a serpentine motion during the fall, while maintaining a rolling tail action during retrieval to mimic the silhouette of fish and crustaceans. After casting, it can be used to feel the bottom, swimming through the water column with a steady retrieve or jerking action. The line eye allows for versatile hook positioning. Available weights include 40g/54mm, 60g/62mm, 80g/74mm, 100g/80mm, 120g/86mm, and 150g/92mm. A general guideline is to select 1g of weight for every 1m of water depth, adjusting according to current speed. It offers light resistance and a natural movement.
