The Tackle House Bezel Jerk is a heavy-weight minnow designed for saltwater lure fishing. The CBJ40 model measures 90mm and weighs 40g. Although it is a sinking type, it has a tendency to rise towards the surface during retrieval. Its distinctive small lip shape and the positioning of the line eye at the front of the body allow for long casts and effective targeting just below the surface. By incorporating jerks, it mimics the action of small baitfish fleeing towards the surface, creating an "ascent action." Continuous jerking triggers a panic action, resembling baitfish cornered near the surface. Additionally, during the fall after a jerk, it performs a "horizontal rolling fall" and can execute skipping actions. This makes it a versatile lure that can yield results in various situations. Recommended hooks are ST-66 #2, and the split ring should be #6, which together enhance the effectiveness of your approach.
