DAIWA’s MORETHAN BAYSOLE MINNOW is a compact minnow developed for selecting the appropriate model according to the depth and conditions in bay areas. The 73S is a 73 mm, 9.3 g sinking model that easily maintains a stable track through a range of approximately 0.3–1.2 m, while its high-pitch, tight wobble continues all the way to the angler’s feet. Designed with an emphasis on responsiveness, it is suitable for seabass fishing in harbors as well as quickly searching shallow water.
The 73S DR has the same 73 mm size as the 73S but is set at 11.7 g. Its long lip allows anglers to target deep water down to a maximum depth of 3 m, with an effective range primarily around 2–3 m. It is equipped with a tungsten-ball magnetic weight-transfer system that provides casting distance while securing the weight magnetically during the retrieve to maintain the running depth. Featuring the same high-pitch, tight wobble as the 73S, it allows anglers to search deeper layers at a consistent depth. The 73S DR comes standard with size 6 treble hooks, one size larger than those on the 73S, and is suitable for shore fishing and boat games in harbor areas, as well as bottom knocking in water less than 2 m deep. Because the line-eye setting is delicate, true tuning is recommended if the lure’s trajectory is unstable.
