DAIWA’s EG SNAP is designed to transmit techniques such as jerking and darting to the egi more easily. It features a bottom-slim shape that minimizes the gap between the egi’s eye and the snap, making it easier to transmit the action conveyed through the line directly to the egi. The hook section is large and bent inward to help prevent the snap from coming undone due to the impact generated during jerking and darting. Made from corrosion-resistant and highly elastic 304 stainless steel, it provides reliable strength. To attach it, open the snap’s hook section and set it onto the egi’s eye, then make sure the hook is securely closed before use. Available in sizes S and M, it has a wire diameter of 0.55 mm for size S and 0.65 mm for size M. Color options include silver and matte black, making this model convenient for quick egi changes while also taking into consideration the transmission of action enabled by the snap’s shape.
