C'ultiva’s TFW-3 WIRE CORE TACHIUO is a rear assist hook for jigs, designed with hookups in the mouth in mind when jigging for cutlassfish. Its assist cord features a Power Flex Wire Core with a supple 7×7, 49-strand twisted stainless steel wire core. It combines flexibility suitable for use as an assist hook with reduced vulnerability to damage from cutlassfish teeth. The hook follows not only bites directed at the jig body or glow section, but also bites during the fall or while jerking, helping achieve clean hookups in the mouth. Designed as a three-hook rear assist setup, it is attached to the rear of jigs used for cutlassfish jigging. This model is intended for cutlassfish jigging with light tackle and is available in sizes 12, 14, 16, and 18. Select the appropriate size while checking the balance with the jig and tackle.
