MARUJIN’s UK BAIT is a vibration lure designed to entice fish with a slow retrieve, further developing the rolling action refined through the development of the UK SHADWORM. Unlike conventional designs that move only the tail, it generates a high-pitch, subtle rolling action using the entire body. A steady retrieve produces a distinct vibrating pulse, and the lure can be worked based on the speed at which vibration is transmitted to the rod tip and your hand when the retrieve begins. It is better suited to maintaining its action with a consistent slow retrieve than to being retrieved quickly.

The UK BAIT 15 measures 3.4 inches, weighs 15 g, and is equipped with two SAMURAI HOOK #8 treble hooks. The UK BAIT 21 is a high-weight 3.7-inch model weighing 21 g, fitted with two SAMURAI HOOK #6 treble hooks. While retaining the action characteristics of the 15, the 21 is weighted for easier use in larger areas such as rocky shorelines, surf, and major rivers. Its design maintains the same swimming posture even when equipped with larger hooks.
