GATE Midium CRA-PEA

The LUCKY CRAFT × GATE Medium Cra-Pea GS2 is based on the Medium Cra-Pea and features GATE’s original rattle sound system, which combines rattles with different sounds. It contains three rattles in total—one glass rattle and two steel rattles—and is designed to use the steel rattles to attract fish and the glass rattle to trigger strikes.

The body measures 34 mm and weighs 2.9 g. It is a floating lure with a wobbling action and a recommended running depth of approximately 0.2–0.7 m. While retaining the standard Medium Cra-Pea’s responsiveness, which allows it to start moving even on a slow retrieve, and its running depth, the GS2 adds the attraction of a rattle sound. It is suited to a steady retrieve, with retrieve speed and rod angle adjusted according to the depth being explored, from the surface to the mid-water range.

It comes standard with a single Yarie ST Hook Nano Tef #8 hook. This model is suited to situations where you want to entice fish with an emphasis on their response to sound, or when you want to switch to a rattle setup that differs from a conventional silent lure.
