The Bassday Sugar 2/3 Deep is a mid-range diving minnow developed specifically for native trout. Based on the traditional "Sugar Deep" series, this model is designed with a shallower diving range and significantly improved casting distance. It particularly targets shallow rivers affected by sediment runoff, focusing on both shallow range effectiveness and long casting performance. The lip shape has been reduced to about two-thirds of its original area, which minimizes air and water resistance during casting while ensuring stable action. This design allows for quick retrieval in the mid-range without diving too deep. Additionally, it features a shaft glider system that shifts the weight to the rear during casting, stabilizing the flight posture and achieving exceptional casting distance for a minnow. Upon retrieval, the weight returns to maintain smooth action.
