Jackson Meteorra Joint

Jackson’s Meteora Joint 49 is a jointed minnow that continues to captivate fish underwater. Rather than simply splitting the body, it employs tapered cuts designed with the underwater posture and the respective range of movement on the dorsal and ventral sides during wobbling and rolling in mind. This creates an action accompanied by twisting movement while reducing line tangles around the tail hook, a common issue with jointed minnows.

The tail features an end cup designed to actively grip the water, giving intentional action to the tail, which was traditionally left free-moving. The resulting flutter during the fall and on the pause, along with its quick response to angler input, broadens the range of presentations even further. Its flat-sided body produces strong flash and water displacement, adding to its appeal.
