Timon Chibi Futen

The Jackall TIMON Chibi Futen is a back lip jointed minnow that can be used across all ranges. The rear section of the joint maintains the original size, while the front section is downsized by 9mm. Despite its compact design, it inherits the long casting performance of the original, allowing you to cover a wide area. With the lip positioned on the back, it rises when retrieved, enabling it to be used like a spoon. By placing tungsten weights in the triangular cross-section head, it maintains optimal buoyancy and makes range control easier, allowing you to target all depths effectively. While the Futen swims with a vigorous action, the Chibi Futen offers a more subdued wobbling action. This allows for a strategic approach, using the Futen to explore a wide range and the Chibi Futen to target specific depths directly. When the retrieval speed exceeds a certain threshold, the wobbling action transitions to a spinning action. This spinner effect can also be utilized as a technique to attract fish.
