Major Craft’s Finetail Begins is a native trout rod designed with a focus on ease of casting, lure control, and solid hook-setting. Its diverse lineup offers a range of lengths and powers suited to various fishing environments, allowing you to choose the rod that best fits your needs. The lineup includes Mountain Stream, Mid Stream, Main Stream, and baitcasting models.

The blanks feature a taper design compatible with PE line, enhancing castability while following the fish’s movements to help reduce the chance of losing hooked fish. The original multi-point guide configuration uses Fuji K-frame stainless steel guides, designed to improve sensitivity and reduce line trouble. The original design combines metal components equivalent to those used on high-end models with a natural wood reel seat and cork grip.
