Season-Tackle’s PREDATOR is a treble hook designed with an emphasis on easy handling when changing lures and the strength required for saltwater lures. In addition to the hook itself, each model comes with a split ring matched to its size, making it easy to select the appropriate ring size and attach the hook directly to the lure. The official lineup includes the PREDATOR A4, A4 VP, A5, A5 VP, and A6.

The A4 is positioned as a highly compatible standard type, with the A4 SP-MH featuring an SP shape and MH-class strength. The A5 is a stronger model than the A4, with the SP-shaped A5 SP-H included in the lineup. Since the strength rating and compatible hook sizes vary by model, you can choose the right one according to the size of the lure being fitted and the tackle being used. The hook surface features HC (Hyper Coating), a finish designed for use in saltwater.

When installing the hook, attach it to the lure’s eye via the included split ring. The A4 SP-MH comes with a Monster Ring matched to its size, with the ring size specified for each hook size. From the easy-to-use A4 for standard hook replacement to the A5 and A6 for situations requiring greater strength, the PREDATOR series offers options suited to the size of the lure and the load placed on the hook.
