ADUSTA’s SARYU is a jighead soft bait developed around the concept of “overwhelming casting distance.” Combining a head shape designed for maximum distance, a free-sliding line eye, and a slim, resilient soft bait that reduces air resistance, the 30 g model can achieve casts of over 90 m. The front-weighted head and guided eye, which shifts the snap position from the takeback through the cast, help increase initial casting speed and stabilize the lure’s flight posture. The slim soft bait is less prone to fouling, while the flat sides of the head are designed to catch the current easily.

For a steady retrieve, use a speed that keeps the lure from scraping the bottom, starting with a retrieve slightly slower than the baitfish and adjusting to a faster retrieve or a stop-and-go presentation as conditions require. It can also be fished by winding it up from the bottom after it settles, tapping along the bottom, using a lift-and-fall retrieve, or employing a curved fall or drift-like presentation in the midwater column. The tail is equipped with a stabilizer and produces a pronounced action in its stock configuration. Cutting the tail allows you to adjust the action: a subtle action in a pin-tail configuration, a moderate action in a shad-tail configuration, or the large action of the stock configuration. To rig it, attach a snap and insert the front and rear hooks into the soft bait. Available in 15 g, 22 g, and 30 g sizes, the 22 g model is suited to working different depth ranges and a wide variety of presentations, while the 30 g model is ideal for rough conditions or fast currents when you need to get the lure to the bottom quickly.
