TAIYO VENDORS Co., Ltd.’s COCOON HOOK is a standalone snap featuring a cocoon-shaped ring, developed from the company’s Super Runner Tenbin series. Designed to help prevent tangles caused by fish making powerful runs, it features an eccentric cocoon-shaped ring. Its structure is easy to use when removing connecting hardware, such as around a tenbin rig.
The lineup includes sizes S, M, and L, with strength ratings of 80 kg, 120 kg, and 150 kg, respectively. In addition to the standalone COCOON HOOK snap, a version with a swivel is also available, allowing you to choose according to the connection point and rig configuration. The swivel-equipped version combines the easy attachment and removal of a snap with the connection provided by a swivel, making it suitable for replacing tenbin rigs and other rig components. Both standard packages and value packs are available in each size.
