HIDEUP’s HU Minnow 111S and HU Minnow 111SS are sinking minnows based on the HU-MINNOW111 body, designed with an emphasis on long casting distance and reaching deeper ranges in saltwater. The HU Minnow 111S is a sinking model equipped with a magnetically secured moving weight. Even with the added weight, it maintains the powerful action characteristic of the HU-MINNOW. Its fall speed makes it easier to reach the target depth before beginning the retrieve, and it is also suitable for pitching into close-range cover.
The HU Minnow 111SS is a heavy-sinking model equipped with a fixed 33 g weight. It is compatible with ultra-high-speed retrieves using reels rated 4000XG or higher, while still producing action during slow retrieves. Its weight helps provide a stable casting distance in both headwinds and tailwinds, making it suitable for targeting surface-feeding fish, boils, and bait balls from a boat, as well as situations from shore where maximum casting distance is desired. The standard hooks on the HU Minnow 111S are #6 front and rear, allowing anglers to choose between the models based on their differences in sink rate and handling.
