D-CLAW’s SUIMENCHOP!-TG is a model renewed in 2023 for targeting surface-feeding fish keyed in on micro baitfish and whitebait boils. Equipped with a specially designed molded tungsten weight inside the body, it measures 100 mm in length and weighs 31 g. It is designed to provide long casting distance while maintaining a stable swimming action even during high-speed retrieves. Primarily used as a skipping bait that glides across the surface, it is suited to covering a wide area at an efficient pace.
The body features a 1.4 mm-diameter stainless steel through-wire, with an internal structure designed to withstand hard fights under heavy loads. BKK #3 hooks are fitted as standard. Depending on the target species and fishing conditions, the recommended setup may include single hooks at both the front and rear, or a Kenken hook on the rear only. In the Shirauo color, the internal tungsten weight is silver-painted, while the clear-type Shirauo and Smoky colors feature a UV-reactive Keimura finish.
