Agua Iquid

Agua’s Aiquid is a saltwater minnow measuring approximately 61 mm, designed with the silhouette and movement of a squid to imitate small baitfish patterns targeted by squid-eating predators. Its squid-fin-inspired lip shape produces a low-vibration action with reduced wobble, allowing anglers to work the lure while maintaining a consistent depth. Pausing during the retrieve and feeding line with the rod tip can create a falling action that mimics a squid fleeing in panic. Despite its compact body, it also resists losing its posture in current.

The 60F is a floating model, while the 60SP is tuned to suspend, supporting presentations that let the lure float and attract fish near the surface or stop it at a chosen depth. The basic approach is a steady retrieve to draw out the lure’s action; when fish do not respond, pauses can be added to introduce variation. This minnow is easy to match to the conditions by switching between models with different buoyancy, depending on the strength of the current or wind and the depth being targeted when small squid such as firefly squid are the focus.
