CrazyOcean’s HARD PUNCHER V is an egi designed for use as an ikametal dropper, with an emphasis on quick stopping and stability after an action. Its slow-sinking configuration allows it to settle into the water easily and maintain a stable posture after being worked, helping reduce missed punches when squid make contact. In the V series, the body material is available in Green Glow, Blue Glow (low-intensity glow), and Keimura, while combinations with tricot or organza cloth provide visual appeal patterns suited to different conditions.

The egi features a low-center-of-gravity sinker inside the body to create stability after an action. The hooks use a double kan-na configuration designed to balance reliable hook penetration with resistance to fish coming unbuttoned. When fishing, it can be worked with sharp rod lifts or similar movements, then stopped quickly to give the egi time to stabilize. Sizes include 1.8 and 2.2, weighing 5 g and 6.5 g, respectively. The color lineup combines the body’s glow and translucency characteristics with different cloth materials, allowing anglers to choose according to the dropper size and the squid’s response on the day.
