JUMPRIZE’s Rowdy 130F is a floating minnow developed around the concept of targeting mid-range depths with a lipless minnow design. Measuring 130 mm and weighing 22 g, it is designed to run at depths of 60–130 cm and is used for targeting Japanese seabass from rocky shores, seabass around rocky coastlines, close-range flounder and bartail flathead, red sea bream, and other species.

Its action is a variable, irregular wobble-and-roll. Rather than swimming to a constant rhythm, its swimming rhythm, direction, and body angle change in response to variations in current strength and water pressure, creating an irregular action that resembles a weakened baitfish. It is better suited to being retrieved at a steady pace while allowing the current to impart the action than to adding movement through excessive rod manipulation. When drift fishing, it can be allowed to ride the current while managing the line, and changes in balance can be elicited along current seams. The included hooks and split rings are original size #4. Because it is tuned to float only marginally in high-salinity offshore water, it is more likely to sink in low-salinity water, such as after heavy rain or in rivers. If you want to maintain its floating presentation, use smaller hooks.
