Blueblue Gachipop

BlueBlue’s GACHIPOP is a topwater popper designed for easy control even on rough water, creating a large splash with minimal action errors. Its large cup effectively catches water while keeping pull resistance low for nimble operation. Common to the series, it is easy for anyone to use and produces a popping action with a one-pitch jerk.

The GACHIPOP 100 features a shallow cup shape that makes it easy to produce action even on rough water. Its carefully tuned buoyancy and weight are also designed to provide long-casting performance. It floats in a nearly vertical position, and together with its slim tail, this design allows the lure to be easily inhaled when a fish strikes. It features large hooks and a through-wire construction, with a length of 100 mm, a weight of 26 g, and two #2 hooks. The GACHIPOP 60 is the downsized model, measuring 60 mm in length, weighing 7 g, and equipped with two #10 hooks. Despite its small body, it produces a powerful popping action. In addition to popping when worked aggressively, it can also produce a walk-the-dog action with limited forward travel when the rod is moved gently. Depending on the conditions, the 100 can be selected for long casts and a strong presentation on rough water, while the 60 is suited to a smaller profile and more delicate presentation.
