Active Silicone Tie

ACTIVE’s Silicon Tie Dot Glow is a silicone tie for tai-rubber fishing designed to balance visual appeal from light with a more natural presentation. Rather than illuminating the entire skirt, it produces randomly distributed glowing dots. It is intended for use in mid-to-deep water where sunlight is less likely to reach, as well as on cloudy or rainy days with limited sunlight. Unlike full-surface glow, its dot glow creates visual variation by illuminating only parts of the tie in distinct points.

With a thickness of 0.4 mm, it is available in four types: Straight, Slim Straight, Curly, and Short S-Curly. Based on a standard tie shape, the Straight type is designed with different widths of 7.0 mm and 4.5 mm so that one side does not become excessively narrow when a single tie is folded over for use. The Curly type features a semi-curly shape unlike conventional designs, making it less prone to excessive fluttering while allowing easy movement even in weak currents. It can be rigged as a replacement tie for tai-rubber lures, with the action and silhouette selected according to the shape. To make the most of the dot glow, the Zebra series features a zebra pattern on one side only.
