OSP’s MOSES 145F is a surface-specialized wake bait designed to draw fish into the top range and trigger strikes at the water’s surface. To achieve a pitch that is difficult to produce with a conventional body and weight setup, it features a lightweight Honeycomb Super HP body. Meticulous positioning of the line eye and internal weights produces a tight, high-pitch rolling action. The tall-bodied, nearly flat-sided design generates appeal through flashes and reflected light while staying on the surface and creating a wake as it swims.

It is effective with retrieves ranging from dead-slow to medium-fast, and changes in current or retrieve speed cause the lure to roll onto its side, creating a pause that triggers strikes. Its maximum diving depth is 10 cm, with an effective range of 0–10 cm. By continuously swimming just beneath the surface, it gathers water flow around the body, helping blur its silhouette. With rod action, it can also be used like a popper; its popping sound and the rattle of the large built-in steel ball alert fish at a distance or in deeper water. The wake and rattling sound make it easy to track the lure’s course, making it well suited to night fishing. It is a floating lure measuring 145 mm and weighing approximately 42 g, equipped with size #2 hooks at the front and center and a size #3 hook at the rear. It comes with size #4 split rings at the front and center and a size #3.5 split ring at the rear. The manufacturer’s recommended tackle is an M to MH power rod, PE line rated 1.2–2, and a 20–30 lb leader.
