Yamaga Blanks Ballistic

YAMAGA Blanks’ Ballistick is a seabass rod series engineered for large bait patterns and trophy seabass, with the power to cast large plugs long distances and draw fish out of strong currents. Among the lineup, the 95MH is a powerful model featuring easy casting with large 15–17 cm-class seabass plugs, along with the torque needed to handle large fish in the main current at river mouths and in fast-flowing rapids.

The blank is lightweight and tuned to bend smoothly, then recover quickly when the load is released. During the cast, it is designed to load easily with the lure’s weight, allowing anglers to make powerful casts and achieve long distances. During the fight, the rod uses the power of its butt section to draw fish in while the entire rod absorbs the load. Measuring 2,876 mm in length, it features a two-piece spigot joint. It is rated for lures from 8–50 g and PE lines from No. 1–2. The blank has a carbon content of 99.8% and is fitted with SiC-S titanium-frame K guides and SiC titanium-frame RV guides. Centered around a wide range of seabass plugs, this model is suited to casting large minnows over long distances and working lures through currents, while also being designed for situations that require extended casting sessions while waiting for migrating fish.
