Aqua Wave Pirapira Pirarin

Aqua Wave’s Pila Pila Pilarin is a 2.1-inch soft lure designed to add presence and an ultra-subtle vibration to the delicacy of a pin-tail lure. The rear of the body features a “Fin Keel” that appears pin-tail-shaped when viewed from above or below, and fin-shaped when viewed from the side. As the V-shaped wedge in the middle of the body catches the current, the Fin Keel quivers subtly, producing a lifelike action distinct from that of conventional pin-tail worms.

A bridge bar is positioned between the body and tail, while slits on both sides help prevent the tail from folding upward or downward and covering the hook point when a fish inhales the lure, allowing it to fold more easily to the left or right. The head section features body slits for trimming to match the hook size, making it easier to align the hook point consistently after trimming and to achieve uniform tail movement. Guide holes are also provided to assist with rigging on a jig head, helping minimize bending and misalignment of the worm. A special flavor is also incorporated, making this model well suited to jig-head rigs for ajing and mebaring, with careful attention given to ease of operation and solid hook-ups.
