SHOUT’s BLADE SHOTEL is a tail-blade jig designed for blade jigging primarily targeting Spanish mackerel, combining a compact silhouette with substantial weight. Its extra-thick body is designed to handle situations where slim, long silhouettes are more likely to alert fish, while resisting rotation during high-speed retrieves and maintaining a stable posture.
The blade at the tail creates flashes and vibration underwater, drawing fish in along with the presence of the body. It is designed to be worked primarily with a fast retrieve, while stop-and-go retrieves and the addition of a fall allow it to target pelagic fish and red sea bream as well. Available weights include 30 g, 40 g, 50 g, 60 g, 80 g, 100 g, and 130 g, allowing anglers to choose according to water depth, current, and tackle setup.
Designed with an emphasis on a compact silhouette, the lure uses small components throughout. The 30 g and 40 g models are fitted with size 15 KAN-TSUKI Ise-Ni hooks, the 50 g and 60 g models with size 16, and the 80 g model with size 17. When targeting large fish, adjust the drag and, after landing a fish, check the hook and split ring for deformation and confirm that they remain properly attached before use.
