tailwalk’s YUMMY JIG TG is a bladed metal jig designed for easy handling in super light jigging (SLJ), combining a compact silhouette with the high specific gravity of tungsten. Its compact body features a center-front-biased weight balance, a large front eye, and carefully matched colors and hook specifications to support presentations that imitate slender baitfish. The lineup includes 30g, 45g, 60g, 80g, and 100g models, with different blade types used on the rear hooks of the 30–60g and 80–100g models.

The 30–60g models use small willow blades. Rather than being connected directly to the hook, the blade is attached via a small swivel, allowing only the blade to rotate while minimizing hook rotation and producing flash. The 80g and 100g models are equipped with 17mm small Colorado blades intended for use in deeper ranges, creating vibration and flashes despite their compact size. The compact tungsten body is suited to situations where a smaller silhouette is desired within the same weight range. The assist hooks feature five to six strands of tinsel and are approximately 20mm long. This setup is designed to handle short bites, with one-pitch jerks and falls matched to each weight serving as the basic presentation, while taking advantage of the blade’s rotation and the body’s presence to attract fish.
