Atec Octopus Bait Wood

The alphatackle PURIPURI POLPO is a soft-bodied octopus egi developed to reduce the sense of unnaturalness when an octopus grabs it and encourage the octopus to hold on longer. Its construction combines a hard egi core covered with PVC, a worm material, creating a soft, springy feel when touched.

The body is equipped with two blades that produce flashes to attract octopus, while an internal rattle appeals through sound. It is designed to communicate its presence to octopus through both sight and sound. The environmentally conscious three-hook design is intended for boat-based egi octopus fishing, where the angler works the egi near the bottom while waiting for an octopus to grab it. The weight is 3.5 size and 35 g, and the color lineup features pop designs inspired by octopus, including Taconstan Gigo, DANGER Tora Tape, Miwaku no Pink Border, Bōkun Giant, Suika SUMMER, Quattro G, Nishiki Go i (Taisho Sanshoku), and Naniwa no Leopard.
