Reins Scent Powder

Reins SCENT POWDER is a powder-type fish attractant designed to be sprinkled onto soft plastic baits. In addition to adding a shrimp flavor to the surface of the bait, it is designed to create a lifelike slimy texture underwater.

Formulated with Reins’ original thickening agent, it creates a texture that clings to the surface of the soft bait underwater. Because the thickening agent helps retain the shrimp flavor, the flavor is less likely to wash away, allowing the fish-attracting effect to last longer. Both the shrimp flavor and thickening agent are water-soluble and readily disperse when introduced into the water. To use, sprinkle an appropriate amount onto the soft bait, work the powder into the surface, and then rig the bait. The powder adhering to the bait’s surface dissolves underwater, adding flavor and a slimy texture. This is a convenient supplementary item for soft plastics when you want to add scent and texture to an existing bait.
