Mars Strike Head

MARS Strike Head is a swimming head designed to be paired with shad-tail worms for easy long-distance casting and stable retrieval through a consistent depth range. Its distinctive head shape helps maintain a streamlined flight posture, while the line-eye position and head balance provide stability during the retrieve and help maintain the desired depth. The head functions like a lip, making it easier to deflect off bottom contours and avoid obstacles when working along tetrapods. In addition to a steady retrieve at a constant speed, it also supports darting actions created with rod manipulation.

The hook uses a two-hook system, making it easier to respond to bites from both the front and rear. A stainless-steel plate helps prevent the worm from slipping and makes it easier to maintain a stable swimming posture when rigged with a shad-tail worm. It is available in sizes S and M, with weights of 12 g and 18 g, allowing anglers to choose according to the worm being used, target depth, and casting distance. The basic technique is a steady retrieve after casting. When probing near the bottom, a slow retrieve that lightly contacts the structure is effective. In deeper water, it can also be used with a lift-and-fall technique, raising the lure with the reel and allowing it to drop during pauses. When rigging the worm, it is important to check the center of the body and align the hook position accordingly. The Complete Edition can be used with the worm and hooks already assembled.
