Halcyon System Yubisuck

HALCYON SYSTEM’s YubiSuck is a 40 mm minnow that delivers impressive casting distance and varied action in a compact body. The tongue, a distinctive feature inherited from the Penny Suck, has been widened into a shape that readily catches the current, while a 4 mm tungsten weight ball is incorporated inside the body. Despite its small size, it achieves excellent casting distance, and its action changes according to retrieve speed. At a slow retrieve, it produces tight wobbling and rolling action, while a fast retrieve generates a wide wobbling action.

The lineup consists of two types: the 40F and 40SS. The YubiSuck 40F is a floating model measuring 40 mm in length and weighing 3.0 g. Its ability to float on the surface makes it well suited to searching shallow water. The YubiSuck 40SS is a slow-sinking model measuring 40 mm in length and weighing 3.3 g. It is designed to swim stably even on rough water while slowly sinking. Both models are equipped with size #14 hooks. By adjusting the retrieve speed, anglers can vary the action from a tight presentation to a wide, highly appealing action, while selecting the appropriate model according to the target depth and water conditions.
