Decoy (katsuichi) SV-34 SG Head

DECOY’s S.G. Head SV-34 is a saltwater jig head developed primarily for targeting sea bass that have become less responsive to hard lures with soft stickbaits. Its low-center-of-gravity head shape is paired with a straight point and round bend, making it easy to rig with a soft bait while helping it maintain a stable posture. It also tends to stand upright on the bottom, supporting everything from swimming presentations to bottom-oriented techniques.

The wire keeper is designed to hold slim worms securely while minimizing tearing, making it well suited to rigs using soft stickbaits. It accommodates techniques such as steady retrieves at a consistent speed, shake retrieves with subtle movements, and lift-and-fall presentations. An assist eye on the underside of the head allows support hooks such as treble hooks to be added. Designed for a wide range of saltwater applications targeting species such as cutlassfish, flatfish, and pelagic fish, this model can be used with different worms and techniques to suit the situation.
