TACKLEHOUSE’s K-TEN BLUE OCEAN is a saltwater minnow developed to combine long casting distance with a natural swimming action. The series features a simple design that incorporates multiple functions, providing a wide range of control over swimming depth and lure appeal. The BK115SW is the sinking model in the series.

The BK115SW measures 115 mm in length and weighs 35 g. It is equipped with the K-TEN system’s magnetic automatic weight-transfer mechanism. During the cast, the weight moves toward the rear to achieve greater casting distance; during the retrieve, it returns to its designated position, allowing the lure to transition into a minnow-style action. The 115 mm model uses a magnetically secured tungsten weight, and its internal mechanism and sinking configuration make it easy to explore specific depths after a long cast. The body incorporates stainless-steel wire, and it comes equipped with ST-56 #1 hooks and #5 split rings as standard.

When using the lure, adjust the amount of sink by counting down after it lands, then use a steady retrieve or vary the retrieve speed according to the target range. A key feature of a sinking model is the ability to change the swimming depth by combining sink time with retrieve speed, allowing you to search from near the surface to the midwater and deeper zones. Although more compact at 115 mm than the BK140SW and BK175SW, the BK115SW weighs 35 g, offering a balance of casting distance and ease of control.
