DAIWA’s LIBERALIST MINNOW, developed under the supervision of Haruhiko Murakami, is designed as an action-focused big minnow that attracts fish with its movement. Intended for enjoying the challenge of targeting fish without limiting the species, in both freshwater and saltwater, the 130S measures 130 mm in length and has a standard weight of 29.2 g.

Its key features include a 5:5 wobble-to-roll action that produces intense vibration, combined with a lip shape that provides stable straight-line performance. The lure is equipped with a weight-transfer system consisting of two tungsten balls and one steel ball, with the weight arrangement designed to support casting stability and action. Its balanced design is suitable for high-speed retrieves, and changes in action can be produced by varying retrieve speed, from steady retrieves to techniques incorporating speed changes. It comes standard with #3 hooks and rings. Available colors include Midokin Iwashi, Laser Maiwashi, Matte Lime Chart, Ghost Ayu, Matte Ghost Wakasagi, and Special Shiner.
