Daiwa TG Bait Kamigake

DAIWA’s TG BAIT KAMIGAKE is a tungsten metal jig tuned to improve hook-up performance for toothy targets such as Spanish mackerel and cutlassfish that tend to bite the center of the body. Its defining feature is a third hook eye positioned so that the hook point is located at the center of the body, unlike the standard TG BAIT. By optimizing the hook position for targets that frequently strike the center section, it is designed to increase the likelihood of a solid hook-up.

The body is made of tungsten, which has approximately 1.7 times the specific gravity of lead. Its compact silhouette and fast fall, made possible by the high-density material, make it easier to reach the targeted depth. Hooks are rigged on both the top and bottom to reduce blind spots, including around the center of the body, and improve performance against biting-style targets. The 80 g model measures 80 mm in length, while the 100 g model measures 87 mm, allowing you to select the weight according to the conditions. For use in low-light periods such as dawn and dusk, PH Zebra Glow is also available, featuring Japanese-made Super Glow paint.
