Jackson’s Clear-S is a sinking pencil designed for targeting micro baitfish, even when the bait is extremely small or fish are difficult to trigger despite active feeding frenzies. Its solid polycarbonate body creates a level of transparency unlike that of conventional sinking pencils or metal jigs. Localized holographic detailing on the weight section gives it a compact, natural silhouette.
Measuring 85 mm and weighing 30 g, this sinking lure is designed for stable flight and enables quick, long-range approaches to feeding frenzies that sink rapidly. It can be used for skipping, lifting with sharp rod movements after the fall, and high-speed retrieves kept within the range where it does not break the surface. The twin assist hook configuration is designed with fish in mind that are prone to coming unbuttoned when using treble hooks. It also features a heavy-wire strength design intended for fights with returning bonito and large pelagic fish. The hooks are size #14.
