Jackson Sunadango

Jackson’s Sunadango is a jighead worm designed primarily for boat flatfish fishing, while also being suitable for flatfish fishing from the surf and breakwaters. Its distinctive body, shaped like a series of connected dumplings, produces a rolling, undulating wobble, while a small willow blade mounted beneath the body provides flashing that is difficult to achieve with a worm alone.

The head has a simple round shape, making it easy to feel contact with the bottom when bottom-bumping or dragging the lure, while the body balance also takes into account water resistance. By cutting the dumpling sections to match the conditions or bait size, you can vary the body length and action. After a hookup, the crane assist rotates and follows flexibly, allowing the hook to track the fish’s movements. It is also designed with boat fishing using a barbless hook in mind. The worm measures 3.3 inches, uses a #8 hook, and is available with two head weights: 20 g and 30 g. While bottom-oriented presentations are the basic approach, the weight can be selected according to the depth and current.
