ZIPBAITS’ ZBL PENCIL CONOHA 230 is a 230mm-class big topwater pencil designed for situations targeting large konoshiro. Developed with early autumn conditions, when large baitfish are the key, and situations where lures under 20cm are unlikely to draw a response in mind, it is engineered with consideration for casting distance, action, floating posture, and fish-fighting performance after the hookset. Despite its large 134g body, it is also designed to provide a comfortable retrieve that is less tiring during extended use.

For basic operation, entice fish by making it glide across the surface with a standard sliding dog-walk action. By tying the line to the rearward eye, it can also be worked to imitate a dying baitfish. This floating topwater plug is intended for surface attacks from sea bass, bluefish, giant trevally (GT), Japanese barramundi, and other fish. It comes equipped with Owner ST-36TN #3/0 treble hooks and #6 split rings.
