SUNLINE Saltimate Egi Leader SV-I is a fluorocarbon leader featuring color technology that combines visibility when setting up a leader system with low visibility to squid. Designed for use in high-pressure fishing spots, it uses Magical Pink, a color that is easy for anglers to see. The line is easy to locate during nighttime line checks and knot tying, and is designed to help minimize factors that may alert squid.
Made from fluorocarbon line, it features SUNLINE’s proprietary “Vivid Dyeing” technology, which produces a color with vividness, visibility, and softness. In addition, SUNLINE’s double resin processing applies various performance-enhancing resins over the single-layer “SRP” coating to improve the line’s functionality. Available sizes are No. 1.5, No. 1.75, No. 2, No. 2.5, and No. 3, with stated breaking strengths of 6 lb, 7 lb, 8 lb, 10 lb, and 12 lb, respectively. Supplied as a 30 m spool, it can be used when setting up an eging leader system.
