Sunline Saltimate PE EGI HS8

SUNLINE’s Saltimate PE EGI ULT HS8 is an 8-strand PE line developed with a focus on long-distance casting and sensitivity to lure manipulation in eging. It features Smooth Surface Processing (SSP), which creates a nearly perfectly round profile while reducing fiber fraying. Compared with conventional 8-strand PE lines, it has a smoother, more monofilament-like surface that reduces friction during line release on the cast, making it easier to achieve a smooth passage through both conventional guide and interline rods.

By reducing water resistance on the line surface, the line is designed to transmit the rod’s jerking movements to the egi more effectively and expand the range of darting action. Its marking pattern changes color every 10 m, allowing you to check the distance while casting or drifting. Available colors are White, Pink, and Light Green, making it easier to follow the line’s trajectory and changes in its movement. Line sizes range from PE No. 0.3 to No. 1, with lengths of 120 m, 180 m, and 240 m. The 180 m version is available in No. 0.3–1, the 240 m version in No. 0.3–0.7, and the 120 m version in No. 0.6–1, allowing you to choose according to the fishing location, season, egi and tackle being used.
