Cultiva Stinger Triple Extra

Cultiva’s STX-71 BLUEFIN TUNA (Stinger Triple Extra) is a treble hook for large plugs, designed for bluefin tuna in the 100–200 kg class and intended to target hooksets around the mouth. It features heavy wire suited to fish in the 100–200 kg class, with a strength rating designed for PE 10–15 tackle.

Its distinctive curved point is designed to slide into a position where it can hook more easily around the hard mouth of a tuna, targeting the corners of the mouth, where penetration is comparatively easier. Its form is intended for high-load fights with large fish, and it is available in sizes 3/0, 3.5/0, 4/0, and 4.5/0. The recommended plug sizes are approximately 200 mm, 220 mm, 240 mm, and 270 mm, respectively, allowing selection according to lure size and tackle balance.
