OZ Tackle Design Manatee

On-Standard’s MANATEE is a stickbait developed for the wind fishing technique, which attracts fish with repeated high-speed darts. Super-hard material is used to produce sharp, water-cutting darting action and strong vibrations. The body is designed to make it easy to generate action when paired with a jig head, allowing it to be used as a wind fishing worm for searching the entire water column.

The basic rig is a jig-head setup using a ZZ Head. A hole is provided in advance at the front of the bait to make it easy to insert the jig head straight, improving setup consistency while also allowing for quick replacement. Continuous rod twitches create darting action that cuts sharply from side to side, targeting species such as sea bass, bluefish, Japanese barracuda, Spanish mackerel, flounder, flathead, dorado, and black sea bream and yellowfin sea bream. Available sizes include 105 mm, 90 mm, 75 mm, and 60 mm, with standard, UV-reactive, bottom, and Luminova-style colors in the lineup. Choose from models such as the MANATEE 105 and MANATEE 90 according to the target depth and bait size.
