OWNER’s Draw4 squid jig was developed to help anglers build an approach suited to changing conditions by combining four distinct actions: darting, lift, stay, and fall. Its 3D dart combines horizontal movement with vertical variation, changing depth while minimizing forward movement. The action is easy to produce by incorporating slack during the jerk, and it responds to a range of inputs from short darts to long darts. The lift is designed to rise straight upward, producing a Flash Jump accompanied by flashing as it rises. The action can be triggered with a light short jerk followed by a quick, stronger jerk.

The Hovering Slide, created by its stable body balance, helps the jig maintain its falling posture even in conditions affected by waves or wind. Its structure is designed to catch the current rather than simply let it flow past, transmitting changes in the water. During the fall, the Bungee Fall creates a change of pace by dropping horizontally before suddenly diving, producing the impression of fleeing from a stationary position toward the bottom. Available sizes are 2.5, 3, and 3.5, with the 2.5 weighing 10 g and sinking at 4.4 sec/m, the 3 weighing 15 g and sinking at 3.8 sec/m, and the 3.5 weighing 19 g and sinking at 3 sec/m. In addition to basic jerking, it can be used with slack-line 3D darts, a lift triggered by a short jerk, and line manipulation during the fall.
