Evergreen Salty Sensation Superior

EVERGREEN’s Salty Sensation Superior is a rod series designed for aji fishing, pursuing ultra-high sensitivity and precise rig control through the use of the latest domestically produced carbon materials and advanced rod construction technology, while carrying on the Salty Sensation legacy. Each model features a different length and power setting, allowing anglers to select the ideal rod for the conditions and rig, from close-range jighead manipulation to long-distance fishing with float rigs and Carolina rigs.

The SPRS-93MH-T Prospector is a model featuring an extra-long 9-foot 3-inch length and medium-heavy power. In addition to the resonant sensitivity of its full tubular construction, it uses medium-modulus 30-ton carbon from the tip through the midsection. By setting the tip diameter at 1.4 mm, it is designed to enable stable rig control with reduced tip wobble and responsive hooksets at long range. From the midsection through the butt, Torayca® T1100G and Torayca® M40X are combined to provide supple flex and strength under heavy loads. Taking advantage of its 9-foot-plus length, it delivers casting distance, line-mending capability, and lifting power, and is suitable for float rigs, Carolina rigs, jighead rigs, and small hard lures targeting large horse mackerel and rockfish in surf zones, cobble beaches, and rocky areas. The lure rating is 1.5–25 g, and the rod is a 2-piece model.
