ECOGEAR JUKUSEI AQUA KATSU AJI STRAIGHT is a saltwater soft lure developed to pursue the “fusion of lure and bait.” Through a maturation process that uses enzymes to draw out the natural umami components inherent in natural materials, it is designed to offer a bait-like appeal. It features a long, supple straight body infused with maturation-derived fish-attracting and feeding-stimulation ingredients. The body responds to even slight water movement for natural action, while fine slits placed throughout the body are designed for the inhaling bites of horse mackerel. These slits make the worm more likely to fold inside the fish’s mouth, creating a structure that does not easily interfere with the hook-up.

Available in 2.3-inch and 3.2-inch sizes, it can be used with a variety of rigs depending on the conditions, including jighead rigs. Suitable for everything from shore-based ajing to vertical boat fishing, it responds to techniques such as retrieving and letting the lure fall. After opening the package, store it in a sealed container that prevents liquid leakage, in a cool, dark place. Do not mix other worms or liquids into the preserving solution.
