Flash Union Gill Swimmer

FLASH UNION’s Union Gill Swimmer 95 is a slow-floating model that measures 95 mm for easy handling and recreates the frantic escape movements of a bluegill. Its reduced buoyancy keeps the lure stable underwater and responds to intentional side-to-side darting action. Weighing 25 g, it is easy to use with an MH-class rod, eliminating the need for a specialized rod.

The tail features a Stinger Step-Down Tail that supports everything from ultra-slow retrieves and high-speed retrieves to drill-darting action. The stinger-shaped lower section quickly grips the water, and as retrieve speed increases, the tail bends upward to generate downforce, suppressing tail breakaway and body tilt. The separate float-chamber construction contributes to body balance, making the lure less prone to tilting even under the weight of the hooks alone. The hook-hold system securely retains the hooks, helping prevent them from coming loose during skipping while allowing the lure to release from the hooks when a fish bites. When using a nail sinker or body shot, set it diagonally while avoiding the float chamber. Buoyancy may vary during periods of low water temperature or depending on the type of line.
