DSTYLE’s FLEX-ROLER 168F inspired by virola is a big bait developed with an emphasis on the angler-controlled maneuverability. Designed for high-pressure situations where triggering bites with a simple retrieve is difficult, it allows anglers to create carving turns even over short distances.
The main body features a flat-side design that firmly cuts through the water, delivering the responsiveness needed to impart a head-swinging action. The joint is designed with a wide range of movement, allowing for table turns that minimize forward travel. In areas with little current or wind, a dead-slow retrieve produces an I-shaped swimming action. The VIROLA-inspired tail vibrates with a tight, subtle action and continues moving in response to current and wind even when the bait is stationary.
A versatile eye is positioned on top for attaching an assist hook, keeping the bait stationary on the bottom, or creating a rolling action. Triple hooks can be attached to the side eyes, making them useful for targeting side strikes and reducing snags when leaving the bait on the bottom. Rolling swivel eyes are used for the hook eyes.
