Issei AK Rubber Jig

issei’s AK Rubber Jig was developed alongside the AK Chunk specifically for use together. Its low-center-of-gravity flat head is combined with an extended keeper to shift the center of gravity rearward, helping the jig maintain a horizontal posture on the bottom while reducing snagging in rocky areas and on hard bottoms. The jig features an Owner Cutting Point Deep Throat #3/0 hook, selected with ease of inhalation, resistance to losing hooked fish, and trailer worm-holding power in mind. The AK Rubber Jig 13g can be used primarily for bottom presentations with trailers such as the AK Chunk 4in.

The AK Rubber Jig Jr. is a compact version of the AK Rubber Jig. Its high-response design is easy to control with rods ranging from approximately MH power to softer rods such as bait finesse setups. It supports not only bottom actions on hard bottoms but also swimming presentations while imparting action. The lineup includes the Jr. 7g and Jr. 9g, both equipped with a Cutting Point Deep Throat #1 hook designed to securely hold trailer worms. Paired with trailers such as the AK Chunk 3.4in, it is suited to probing changes in the bottom and making presentations while moving from place to place.
